HPT’s geographically diverse portfolio of hotel and travel center properties is located in 45 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. Our hotels are typically located in urban or high density suburban locations near major urban centers and are generally intended to be in locations convenient for business travelers. Substantially all our travel centers are located on or near an interstate highway and offer fuel and non-fuel products and services for professional truck drivers and motorists.
The hotels HPT owns range from midscale to upscale select service and extended stay hotels and upscale to luxury full service hotels.
Substantially all our travel centers are full service sites with parking for 200 trucks, 100 cars, restaurants, stores and truck repair on 25 acres of land1.
